Every piece is handcrafted for you, so crafting takes a few days. We confirm the exact timeline with you when you place your order.

Advance payment

An advance payment confirms your order and allows our artisans to begin. We will share the payment details on WhatsApp once you have confirmed your design, colours and size.

Worldwide shipping

We ship across India and worldwide. Shipping time depends on your location and is shared when your order is confirmed. Every parcel is packed securely.

Self pickup

If you are nearby, self-pickup is available — message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.

Changes, cancellations & returns

Because each piece is made especially for you, please confirm the design, colours and size before paying the advance. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on made-to-order pieces. If your piece arrives damaged or different from what we confirmed, message us on WhatsApp as soon as you receive it with clear photos, and we will make it right.
